04 — Long-term vision
The long-term ambition is a nationwide building-stock database, built from BAGUS certification records, that gives Brunei a performance picture of its entire building stock. On that foundation, Local Area Energy Planning could run at national scale, modelled from real building data rather than estimates.
Getting there means building three things in parallel: simulation methods, an accredited certification pathway, and facilitator tooling that captures each project as structured data. Optisim is assembling all three, one certified building at a time.
